I understand if I am booking this booth prior to November 20, 2026, this is a request, not a guarantee, and is subject to availability based on the final 2027 booth map. If my booth is unavailable, I may be placed in another space at the sole discretion of event management. If the venue changes, same-booth requests are void.
I understand this is a family-friendly event. Tarot card readings, sorcery, witchcraft, devil-themed items, or anything else that does not present our event in a good light, are not allowed to be sold/displayed.
I understand CBD, vapes, THC, hemp, mushroom products, or any of the sort, are NOT allowed to be sold at this event.
Due to this being a Halloween/Fall themed event, it is required of each vendor to pass out candy at their booth.
This event is halloween themed but you are NOT required to sell halloween items. It is encouraged, but NOT required. This is a Fall themed market.
I understand if I am an independent consultant for a direct sales company and a consultant from my same company has already applied for this show, I will be charged a $10 non-refundable application fee if I apply. (Check Registered Vendor list below)
I understand flea market/yard sale items are NOT allowed: video games, DVD's, CD's, shoes, sheets, used jackets and clothes, mass produced purses & items, etc.
I understand vendor booths are 10'x10'. If I need a larger booth for my set up, I will need to purchase additional booth(s).
I understand this is an INDOOR event.
I understand food vendors are not allowed at this event. (baked goods, fudge, toffee vendors, etc. ARE allowed)

  • October 9-10, 2027. Shop vendors and have the kids' picture taken with the Silly Sisters from Salem, and the kids trick-or-treat with each vendor!

Notes and Information:

  • NO FOOD TRUCKS/VENDORS - Concession stand is available.
  • Event hours: Saturday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm EST / Sunday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm EST
  • Vendor set up: Friday 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm EST / Saturday 7:00 am - 9:30 am EST
  • $10 admission - kids 10 and under are FREE!
  • Vendor set-up info and booth assignment will be emailed to you TWO WEEKS prior to the event.
