I understand I am required to have AT LEAST one watermelon-themed item AND one peach-themed item to sell.
I understand CBD, vapes, THC, hemp, mushroom products, or any of the sort, are NOT allowed to be sold at this event.
I understand this is a family-friendly event. If Touch the Sky Events observes an item that a vendor is selling that does not promote the company in a good light, Touch the Sky Events reserves the right to ask the vendor to put it away.
I understand if I am an independent consultant for a direct sales company and a consultant from my same company has already applied for this show, I will be charged a $10 non-refundable application fee if I apply. (Check Registered Vendor list below)
I understand this is an OUTDOOR event undera huge covered pavilion
I understand craft/commercial booths are 12'x12' and food vendor booths are 20'x20'. If I need a larger booth for my set up, I will need to purchase an additional booth(s)

Location: Tri - State Exhibition Arena - 200 Natures Trl. SW McDonald, TN 37353

Admission: $10 per person, kids 10 & under FREE!

Description:  We are accepting 150+ total vendors: direct sales, craft vendors, kids activity vendors, business vendors and food vendors!

Notes and Information:

  • SET-UP TIMES AND BOOTH INFO WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT
  • SET-UP IS ON FRIDAY THE 21st! VENDOR SET UP: 12 noon - 8:00 pm OR 7:30 am - 9:30 am Saturday morning
  • This is an outdoor event, rain or shine under a HUGE pavilion cover
  • 12' x 12' Vendor booth / 20' x 20' Food Vendor Booth
  • Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents (optional) etc.
  • Food vendors must provide insurance.
  • We are accepting 150+ total vendors: direct sales, craft vendors, kids activity vendors, business vendors, and food vendors.
