I understand this is a family-friendly event. If Touch the Sky Events observes an item that a vendor is selling that does not promote the company in a good light, Touch the Sky Events reserves the right to ask the vendor to put it away.
I understand booths are 10'x10' and food vendor booths are 10'x25'. If I need a larger booth for my set up, I will need to purchase an additional booth(s).
I understand this is an INDOOR event.
I understand if I am a Food Vendor or petting zoo/activity/ride vendor, I will provide insurance and list Touch the Sky Events & Promotions, LLC as Additional Insured. PROVIDE PROOF AT EVENT!
I understand this event is RAIN OR SHINE!
I understand this event is accepting commercial, handmade, kid-friendly, and food vendors.
I understand I may NOT be the only vendor selling my type of products/services.

Description:

  • Shop over 150 vendors inside the Bradley Square Mall and get a jump-start on the holiday season!

Notes and Information:

  • Registration Deadline: UNTIL FULL!
  • NOT A PET-FRIENDLY EVENT!
  • Electricity not available for snack and food vendors
  • Food Vendor setup: Saturday, Nov. 8th 7:00 am - 9:00 am
  • Craft Vendor setup: Friday, Nov. 7th 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm or Saturday, Nov. 8th  7:00 am - 9:00 am
  • SECURITY HAS BEEN HIRED TO WATCH OVER PREMISES THROUGH THE NIGHT.
  • FOOD VENDORS PROVIDE YOUR OWN GENERATORS
  • Vendor set-up info and booth assignment will be emailed to you TWO WEEKS prior to the event.
