I understand this is a family-friendly event. If Touch the Sky Events observes an item that a vendor is selling that does not promote the company in a good light, Touch the Sky Events reserves the right to ask the vendor to put it away.
I understand if I am an independent consultant for a direct sales company and a consultant from my same company has already applied for this show, I will be charged a $10 non-refundable application fee if I apply. (Check Registered Vendor list below)

Due to the safety of other vendors, vehicles, and attendees, I understand Touch the Sky Events requires AT LEAST 50 pound weights on EACH tent leg to prevent the wind from blowing the tent away.
I understand craft/commercial booths are 10'x10'
I understand if I am a Food Vendor or petting zoo/activity/ride vendor, I will provide insurance and list Touch the Sky Events & Promotions, LLC as Additional Insured. PROVIDE PROOF AT EVENT!

☀️Join us for the 11th annual Sweet Tea & Sunshine Family Festival & Craft Fair April 30th - May 2nd at the Lakewood 400 Antiques Mall!
🥤Enjoy over 100 craft vendors, inflatables, petting zoo, food trucks, sweet tea drinking contest, & shop over 500 antique vendors!

🌦️Event is Rain or shine!
⌚️EVENT HOURS: Friday 9am - 5pm / Saturday 9am - 6pm / Sunday 10am - 5pm

Description:  We are accepting 100+ total vendors: direct sales, craft vendors, kids activity vendors, business vendors and food vendors!

Notes and Information:

  • SET-UP TIMES AND BOOTH INFO WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT
  • SET-UP IS ON Thursday the 29th!
  • This is an outdoor event, rain or shine.
  • The venue is fenced-in.
  • Limited Electricity
  • 10' x 10' Vendor booth / 20' x 20' Food Vendor Booth
  • Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents (optional) etc.
  • Food vendors must provide insurance.
  • We are accepting 100+ total vendors: direct sales, craft vendors, kids activity vendors, business vendors, and food vendors.
