I understand if I intend to sell firearms, I MUST provide FFL Insurance. If not, I will not be accepted in to the Outdoor Expo. Touch the Sky Events and Williamson County Government must be listed as additional insured.
I understand Campers / Boats / RV Booth Space (VERY LIMITED!)- $2.50 per square foot. Min. 800 square feet. Call 423.650.1388 to order.

Scenic City Outdoor Expo

Date and Time:

  • April 13-14, 2024.
  • Saturday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm / Sunday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm EST

Location:

  • Chattanooga Convention Center - 1 Carter Plaza Chattanooga, TN 37402.
  • Follow I-75 S and I-24 W to W 13th St in Chattanooga. Take exit 1A from US-27 N.

Information:

  • Indoor Event
  • Special guest appearances including Twiggy the Water-Skiing Squirrel!
  • Registration Deadline: 03/28/24
  • Friday, April 12th 9:00 am - 8:00 pm / Saturday, April 13th 6:00 am - 9:00 am. Doors open PROMPTLY at 9:00 am!
  • Move out: Sunday from 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm
  • All booths are 10x10 which include 8' tall back drop pipe and drape and 3' drape on sides, vendor booth sign, two vendor badges, and listing in Event Program. Multiple booths available for purchase.
  • Campers, Boats, RV's (very limited space): $2.50 per square foot, min. 800 square feet. Call for booking 423.650.1388
  • **Liability Insurance for gun vendors must be emailed to Shannon@Touchtheskyevents.com PRIOR to the event. Please list as additional insured "Touch the Sky Events & Promotions, LLC 5761 Dalton Pike SE Cleveland, TN 37323" AND

  • General Admission: $10 per person, $5 kids 13-17, kids 12 and under FREE!
