I understand if I am an independent consultant for a direct sales company and a consultant from my same company has already applied for this show, I will be charged a $10 non-refundable application fee if I apply. (Check Registered Vendor list below)
By checking this, I understand that electricity is completely unavailable. If I need electricity I will provide a generator. Quiet generators with 49-60 decibels recommended for craft/commercial vendors.
I understand this is an OUTDOOR event.
I understand craft/commercial booths are 12'x12' and food vendor booths are 20'x20'. If I need a larger booth for my set up, I will need to purchase an additional booth(s).
I understand if I am a Food Vendor or petting zoo/activity/ride vendor, I will provide insurance and list Touch the Sky Events & Promotions, LLC as Additional Insured. PROVIDE PROOF AT EVENT!
I understand this event is RAIN OR SHINE!

Phoenix Fest Music Festival

Location: Greenway Park & Pavilion 755 Raider Dr N.W. Cleveland, TN 37312

Description:  We are accepting 150+ total vendors: direct sales, craft vendors, kids activity vendors, business vendors and food vendors! Hosted by the Phoenix logo'd Inman Coffee and supporting The Salvation Army, this annual event is a celebration of local, regional and national music acts, stories of changed lives through the unique work of The Salvation Army locally, and transformation through their award-winning Inman Coffee. For those who do not know, Inman Coffee is owned and operated by The Salvation Army and equips and trains young leaders through their intensive leadership development program.  Inman has also served as a hub for music in Cleveland: Hosting over 700 shows and over 1,600 performers/bands in that time, that range from undiscovered talent all the way up to Dove Award, SESAC Award, Emmy Award, and Grammy Award-winning acts.  This annual event is a "best of the best", showcasing the best local and regional talent from the last year, as well as featuring national acts that are making waves.

Notes and Information:

  • SET-UP TIMES AND BOOTH INFO WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT
  • SET-UP IS ON FRIDAY THE 6th! FOOD VENDORS: 9am - 12 noon CRAFT & COMMERCIAL VENDORS: 12 noon - 8:00 pm OR 7:30 am - 9:30 am Saturday morning.
  • If you set up Saturday morning you WILL NOT be able to drive into the park like you can on Friday.
  • This is an outdoor event, rain or shine.
  • Security has been hired to watch over premises through the night.
  • No electricity available!
  • 12' x 12' Vendor booth / 20' x 20' Food Vendor Booth
  • Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents (optional) etc.
  • Food vendors must provide insurance.
  • We are accepting 150+ total vendors: direct sales, craft vendors, kids activity vendors, business vendors, and food vendors.
