I understand this is an alcohol-free event.
I understand if I am an independent consultant for a direct sales company and a consultant from my same company has already applied for this show, I will be charged a $10 non-refundable application fee if I apply. (Check Registered Vendor list below)
I understand this is an OUTDOOR event.
I understand that if my food truck/food tent does not fit in the allotted 20x25 slot I will not be able to participate in the event and I will forfeit my booth payment.
I understand craft/commercial booths are 12'x12' and food vendor booths are 20'x25'. If I need a larger booth for my set up, I will need to purchase an additional booth(s).

I understand if I am food vendor, I MUST include at least ONE taco-themed products on my menu (taco, burrito, nachos, chalupas, enchiladas, carnitas, flautas, etc)
I understand if I am a food vendor I am not to sell funnel cakes as Camp Jordan contracts these out.
I understand if I am a food vendor I will NOT sell Pepsi products as Camp Jordan only allows Coke products.
I understand if I am a Food Vendor or petting zoo/activity/ride vendor, I will provide insurance and list Touch the Sky Events & Promotions, LLC as Additional Insured. PROVIDE PROOF AT EVENT!
I understand this event is RAIN OR SHINE!
I understand I may NOT be the only vendor selling my type of products/services. (excludes kids activities)
I understand electricity is for craft & commercial vendors ONLY! Food vendors must provide their own generator (49-60 dB) if needed!

Shop over 175 vendors, food trucks, inflatables, petting zoo, pony rides, face painting, trackless train rides, entertainment on stage, and everything TACO!

  • Vendor set up is Friday, from 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm / Saturday 7:00 am - 9:30 am
