I understand if I am an independent consultant for a direct sales company and a consultant from my same company has already applied for this show, I will be charged a $10 non-refundable application fee if I apply. (Check Registered Vendor list below)
I understand this is an OUTDOOR event.
I understand craft/commercial booths are 12'x12' and food vendor booths are 20'x25'. If I need a larger booth for my set up, I will need to purchase an additional booth(s).
I understand if I am food vendor, I MUST include at least ONE apple-themed product on my menu.
I understand if I am a food vendor I am not to sell funnel cakes as Camp Jordan contracts these out.
I understand if I am a food vendor I will NOT sell Pepsi products as Camp Jordan only allows Coke products.
I understand if I am a Food Vendor or petting zoo/activity/ride vendor, I will provide insurance and list Touch the Sky Events & Promotions, LLC as Additional Insured. PROVIDE PROOF AT EVENT!

I understand electricity is for craft & commercial vendors ONLY! Food vendors must provide their own generator (49-60 dB) if needed!

Chattanooga Apple Festival

October 19-20, 2024, Saturday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm & Sunday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Location: Camp Jordan: 323 Camp Jordan Pkwy. East Ridge, TN 37412 (Exit #1 on I-75)

Description: The Apple Festival is an outdoor-only event with craft and commercial vendors, petting zoo, pony rides, trackless train rides, entertainment on stage, inflatables, and more!

Notes and Information:

  • Registration Deadline: 10-3-24 or until full
  • THIS IS AN OUTDOOR EVENT! RAIN OR SHINE! NO STAKES FOR TENTS, WEIGHTS ONLY!
  • Vendor pricing is the same for only one or both days
  • Vendor set up is Friday, Oct. 18th from 1:00 pm - 7:30 pm / Saturday 7:00 am - 9:30 am
  • This event includes overnight security.
  • Craft/Commercial Booths 12' x 12'
  • Food Vendor Booths 20' deep x 25' wide
  • Electricity is NOT available for Snack or Food Vendors.  You may supply your own generator.
  • Vendor set-up info and booth assignments will be emailed out TWO WEEKS prior to the event.
